PBBM personally visited the coastal area heavily affected by Super Typhoon Uwan, where many homes were destroyed by storm surges. Together with Department of Social Welfare and Development – DSWD Secretary REX Gatchalian, Department of Agriculture – Philippines Secretary Francisco “Kiko” Tiu Laurel Jr., Department of Energy Secretary Sharon Garin, and other provincial and local officials, Cong. Bong Teves Jr. joined the inspection to assess the situation and ensure that immediate government aid will reach the affected families.
