I would like to Congratulate Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez for obtaining a high trust rating and performance rating in the recent Octa Research Tugon ng Masa Survey.

This is a testament that the performance and legislative measures passed by the House of Representatives, under the leadership and guidance of the Speaker, is responsive to the needs of our fellow Filipinos and consistent with the agenda of the administration for a better Philippines.

I am certain that the ratings of the Speaker and the House of Representatives, as an institution, will continue to rise as we continue to work hand-in-hand in crafting legislations for the people.
