naming Hon. Cong. Bong Jason Teves Jr/ tgp partylist. Ako po si Cristopher Gernacio Ordanza mula dito sa Brgy. Paagan Santol, La Union. May sakit po ako sa puso po, nadiagnose ako ng RHD, severe AR, moderate MR, mild MS in sr FC II. Lagi po akong naaadmit noon dito sa ospital ng La Union. Hanggang sabi ng doctor na punta ako sa Manila sa Philippine heart center para operahan ako. Pumunta po ako sa Philippine heart center po, sabi ng doctor kailangan na akong maoperahan dahil dalawang valve na po ang sira severe na, aerortic valve at metral valve pero sabi ng doctor malaking halaga po ang kakailanganin at aabot ng isang milyon o higit pa, dahil sa kawalan ng pera na ganoong halaga po pumila ako sa OPD pero mahigit sampung taon na po akong nakapila pero hanggang ngayon ko ay dipa po ako naiischedule na maoperahan. Hirap na hirap na po ako baka hindi ko na po mahintay pa na maschedule ako sa OPD at mamamatay na ako, kaya po nagdecide na po akong magprivate at mag-ipon ng guarantee letter po. Kaya nagmamakaawa po ako sa Inyo na sana po ay tulungan ninyo ako. Mahirap lang po kami. Tulungan ninyo po ako para madugtungan pa ang buhay ko po.
