A Turn Over Ceremony and Blessing took place at Bato Rural Development High School in Bato, Catanduanes, marking the completion of the SPA Building. Spearheaded by Deputy Majority Leader and TGP Party-List Representative Bong Joson Teves Jr., the initiative was met with gratitude from School Principal IV, Ma’am Sonia V.
