Relief Distribution in District 4, Manila

TGP Partylist Representative and Deputy Majority Leader Congressman Bong Joson Teves Jr. led a relief distribution in District 4, Manila. The program was organized with the help of Manila Councilor Eunice Castro, together with Barangay 448 Zone 44 Chairman Leozaly Pilar and the Barangay Council. Families in the community received much-needed assistance through this effort.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) played an important role in making this initiative possible. Their support, along with the efforts of our local leaders, brought relief goods straight to the people and showed genuine care for the community.

FY 2026 budget of the Department of Education (DepEd)

Suansing on the proposed FY 2026 budget of the Department of Education (DepEd), led by Secretary Sonny Angara.

Cong. Bong J.Teves Jr. expressed his gratitude to Sec. Angara for recognizing his initiative, in coordination with the Baras LGU, that led to the completion and inauguration of the Typhoon-Resilient Classroom Building at Baras Elementary School in Baras, Catanduanes. The building is now being used by students, giving them safer and better classrooms to continue their learning.
