Empowering College Students in Catanduanes: DSWD AICS Pay-Out Benefits 500

In a bid to support our college students in Catanduanes, around 500 individuals from various educational institutions were given a helping hand through the Tulong-Gabay Pang-Edukasyon program, facilitated by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 5 in Catanduanes. Spearheaded by Deputy Majority Leader and TGP Party-List Representative Bong Joson Teves Jr., and with the backing and attendance of Mayor Sammy Laynes of Virac and League of Municipalities President Baras Mayor Paolo Teves, the initiative aims to assist students until they complete their college education. Each semester, recipients receive educational assistance, ensuring they can focus on their studies without financial burden. This collaborative effort highlights the commitment to empowering youth through education, paving the way for a brighter future in Catanduanes.
